  I got the $6 BBQ pulled pork lunch to go, with baked beans. There's so much meat and beans I have to save the rest for dinner! They added the perfect amount of sauce and spice. I can't wait to come try their ribs!

  Easily some of the best ribs that I’ve had, don’t apply BBQ sauce, the dry rub is perfect. The Jalapeno coleslaw was very unique, would make a fine condiment for a sandwich, one of the few things I’ve had outside of Asian restaurants this far north with the right level of spiciness. Huge BBQ sauce selection, all were good, especially once one seasoned things up with the Jalapeno coleslaw, the pulled pork proved an ample medium through which to sample the sauces. Real cornbread too (not sweet). The food was a home run, excellent BBQ, only complaint would be the odd fly buzzing about. Staff was friendly too, shame this place is so far from Knoxville.

  We stopped at Coal Creek after googling BBQ places while driving home. So glad we took the chance and gave this little place a try. Such a fantastic meal and the staff is amazing as well. We will for sure make the trip again for this little gem! And may I suggest the buttermilk pie, to make what will be a great meal even better.....So good!
